A network operations center (NOC) is a place from which our engineers supervise, monitor and maintain on 24/7 basis our Customer’s network to ensure minimal downtime which results in higher networks performance and satisfaction of end-user.


By NOC our aim is to support Customer to achieve


Reduction in downtime;

In-time resolution of incidents on 24/7/365 days basis support;

Reliability of Customer’s network;

Satisfaction of Customer and end-user;


The NOC process flow is a combination of following steps


Receive events (via monitoring and/or call);

Process events into a problem to be resolved;

Route the problem to on-field engineers;

Support on-field engineers in coordination with other department in case additional support and/or spare is required for problem resolution;

Track the status continuously till the problem solution stage;

Record the problem for later review;


NOC support activities include ticketing, current resolution status, notifications, escalations and communications between our and Customer’s different departments to ensure problem resolution according to defined Service Level Agreement (SLA).
